Partial Mash, 5 gal.
Mash 152F for 60 min.
3 lbs. Belgian Pale
1 lb. Crystal 60-70
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon (hot-side aeration prevention)
Collect wort. Top brew pot to 3 gallons and bring to boil.
Boil 60 min.
1 lb. Light DME
1.5 oz. Simcoe Pellet Hops 13.4% (gradually added over 40 min)
.5 oz. Simcoe Pettet Hops 13.4% (Flameout)
6 lbs. Northwestern Gold LME (Late Addition)
Cool wort. Add to fermenter, fill to 5 gallons, aerate, and pitch yeast.
Safale US-05 (Wyeast 1056 or White Labs WLP001)
Ferment at 70F.
Dry Hop
1.5 oz. Simcoe (Secondary - Days 3-11)
Bottle with 3/4 cup corn sugar.
