Day Job: Embedded software engineer

System: A mini-keg fridge with a triple tap draft tower and 3 corny kegs. A chest freezer with a temperature override that I use for lagering. An assortment of plastic and glass carboys, a few bottling buckets (gotta have the separate stuff for lambics), wort chiller and all the other common equipment.

Signature Brews: I’m partial to my Samiclaus clone, but a lot of people seem to like my pumpkin ale!

Favorite Style: Any German beer (esp doppelbock) & Belgian ales
